Two psychiatrists were at a medical meeting and began discussing various aspects of patient care. One asked the other what his approach to teenage drug abuse was.

The one psychiatrist answered by drawing two circles... a very small one and a very large one. He told his colleague that he points to the large circle and says, "This is your brain." He then points to the very small circle and says, "This is your brain on drugs."

The second psychiatrist said, "I do something very similar." He pointed to the small circle and said, "I tell them, 'This is your asshole.'" He points to the large circle and says, "'This is your asshole in jail.'"
