I would like to tell a really funny joke, but it has a dirty word in it. I'm a little embarrassed to tell it because I know some people will be offended by "the word." So, in order not to offend anyone, I'll use a synonym. What synonym can I use to replace it that's not offensive? I know. Instead of a synonym, I'll just make up a word. When I'm telling the joke and I come to "the word," I'll just use "fiddledybop." So when I'm telling the joke and I say, "he fiddledybopped her," or, "that was the best fiddledybop I've ever had," you'll know what I'm talking about. The joke is really funny and I hope it won't offend you when I say "fiddledybop." Are you okay with that? If you're not, don't read any further. Are you going to continue? Good! Okay.
