There are a number of web pages which offer to put you in touch with prison inmates. However you have to correspond with them by snail mail, as they don't allow email access in prison.

I told my colleague about this, and he said, "Well, of course: They're worried about you sending them files."

I couldn't help replying that I might be able to conceal the file inside a cookie...
